Bettie Cosby has been in the Chamber of Commerce industry over 16 years. Prior to becoming the President/CEO of the Citrus Heights Regional Chamber in 2005, she was the Director of Sales & Marketing with the Roseville Chamber of Commerce and Director of Membership with the Sacramento Convention & Visitors Bureau. Her background also includes sales and management experience in business development, hospitality and fine jewelry industries. She has been a recipient of many awards for her expertise in events planning, marketing and sales.
Bettie earned her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento. She graduated from the prestigious Institute of Management (IOM) four-year certification program from the US Chamber of Commerce in 2010. She serves on many committees and community organizations, including the board of the Rotary Club of Citrus Heights.

Renee Larscheid is responsible for membership recruitment and retention. Renee also provides support to the Ambassadors Committee, coordinates monthly and annual events and participates in a variety of membership support programs.
Renee earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Sacramento. Renee is also a 2004 graduate of the Institute for Organization Management (IOM), a four-year program of chamber executive training offered by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. She has been employed by the Citrus Heights Regional Chamber of Commerce since 1988.
